The proper fuel is required for your body to perform at high levels of productivity!

The Old Cliché, “it’s not a diet, it’s a lifestyle change”, is true although life is made up of more than diet. So how do you really change your lifestyle if you are keeping the same patterns and habits in every other facet of your life. Truth is, your diet affects every other area of your life, either immediately or eventually.

At competitive levels diet can be intricate, but as a foundation of your basic needs, proper nutrition is a fairly simple formula. Also depending on your physical demands, diet should be adjusted and monitored.
